On Wednesday, May 18, 2016, between 12:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., Mountain Standard Time (MST), the CCBill team will conduct the first of two scheduled maintenances on the CCBill NLD (Amsterdam, Netherlands) LTM hardware. No downtime is anticipated during this maintenance window, but all users could experience intermittent connectivity issues.
This maintenance is intended to update the hardware that manages our Amsterdam, Netherlands – NLD node transaction traffic. No actions are required from our Merchants in order for us to complete this internal maintenance, but we are at your disposal for any additional information you may need. Because we globally load balance all our transaction traffic, we are able to divert our NLD traffic to our other two nodes during the entirety of the maintenance, significantly reducing any or all user or transactional impact.
