The Bigger Picture

Businesses rarely succeed in a vacuum.

Your business is unique, as are your needs in this market. No one does what your business does, and you have specific needs for your own customer base. Growing your business without market understanding or listening to the very customers who matter, is a sure sign of a short lived opportunity.

And, we at CCBill believe the same thing.

As a new business starting out in 1998 as a response to the request of a hosting customer wanting to sell juicers online (really!), CCBill was developed to provide an easy, secure and automated way to accept payments online back in 1998. And since that time, we have built our business on the needs of our customers. Every feature, service, tool and payment option in the extensive CCBill platform was created for a reason - to help our merchants to make money.

And that has been our philosophy for nearly 15 years - we don't make money unless our merchants make money.

As we do each year, we recently did an inventory of the features and toolsets we have built for customers and found that the ‘short list’ was in the hundreds – hundreds of different features in our platform – from payment flow solutions, to marketing tools, as well as extensive affiliate tools. Our subscription and access system has features that were developed for individual merchants, and were expanded to be made available to all of merchants.

So, to each of our customers, merchants and affiliates for the past 15 years, we want to say thanks. Without your needs, growth, requirements, complaints and praise - we would not have been able built this unique platform with a variety of features that are unmatched. We are proud that you have helped build CCBill, and make us the primary choice in processing in our market. Your feedback makes us better, and that matters to us.

So - keep talking and demanding - we ARE listening.
