Planned Maintenance on CCBill Systems, March 3 and March 10, 2016

On Thursdays, March 3 and March 10, 2016 between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) we will be conducting a planned maintenance on the infrastructure that supports our CCBill systems.  During this four-hour maintenance window, intermittent connectivity may occur, but no downtime is expected.

The maintenance is intended to refresh and upgrade the hardware that supports our CCBill Phoenix node services and all the traffic will be diverted to the other fully functional global nodes for the entirety of the maintenance window.  This way we will maintain service stability and minimize the risk of disrupting your business. 


Thank you for your understanding and patience as we continue to make improvements to our systems and work toward providing you and your customers with the best service possible.
