We are excited to announce that FlexStats, the latest
feature developed to help CCBill merchants and their affiliates better
understand business data and consumer purchasing patterns, is now released and
ready to use. This new reporting system debuts with two reports - Merchant
Transactions and Affiliate Transactions - which are accessible in the CCBill
Admin Portal. They can be found in the Transactions Report topic of the Reports
tab.

Upon accessing the new reports, one of the first things many will notice is the newly designed graphical displays and options for viewing data. The at-a-glance display is capable of providing a wide variety of valuable information including the current day's income, previous day's income, or weekly, monthly, year-to-date numbers. Whichever date range you select can then be plotted for transaction type, payment type, region, or currency; with a number of criteria under each for additional analysis. Some of the large amount of data and customization options can be seen in the screen shots below, which are for illustrative purposes only and do not show any actual merchant or affiliate data.

By hovering over any point in the graphs, you can also see data
for that particular point. Snapshot functionality (shown below) also exists to
provide different visual representations of the numbers, and it is all
available through the one screen.
Any graph can be generated in just a few clicks allowing for
efficient and timely analysis, which can then be used to take action or make
decisions based on data. Less time generating reports = more time spent
managing your business. And since different business users may want to see
different things (summaries for business owners, campaign details for marketing
teams, etc.), the system incorporates a flexible, user-friendly approach to
creating reports.

At the end of the day, it is all about helping you achieve
results. FlexStats is designed to enable easier, more efficient
reporting and analysis to assist with those efforts. We are excited to make the
new system available, and in the future will be adding even more reports to it.
