Boutique Content Panel Discussion at The Phoenix Forum

CCBill will be participating in what should be an interesting panel discussion at The Phoenix Forum.

The topic is called TENACITY 401 – GAY BOUTIQUE CONTENT IN A MEGA-PROGRAM WORLD. The description states: "In our super-sized world of mass market content, the gay online industry is often saturated with new concept after new concept, but gay boutique sites buck the trends time and again by offering unique content, personality, and creating solid brand loyalty. Our panel of small-shop/boutique gay industry business owners (i.e., old queens) will discuss their history and strategies to compete successfully not only through recessions, but in a rapidly changing mass market with the large-scale conglomerates."

The idea came from a well-thought out suggestion from Karl Edwards from YouLoveJack, to bring together a bunch of industry vets in the online gay market and talk about survival and adaptation in the consolidating world of online content.

The panelists include Morgan Summer of Cybersocket, Andy Fair of DirtyBoyVideo, Karl Edwards of YouLoveJack, and Tim Valenti of NakedSword, to name a few. In addition, I will be sitting in to provide perspective on billing, cross-sales and cost management on the processing side.

The panel is from 1:30pm to 3:00pm in the Palm F room on Saturday, April 6, 2013. Only registered attendees of The Phoenix Forum 2013 can attend.

It should be insightful, contentious and fabulous! Hope to see you there!
